CANCELLATION POLICY
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.
 
 
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving a reason.
 
The withdrawal period for distance contracts (not only online shops) is 14 calendar days. Within this period, the consumer can therefore withdraw from such contracts without giving reasons and largely at no cost.
 
The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the consumer or a third party named by the consumer who is not acting as a carrier has physical possession of the goods
or
  • if the consumer or this third party has ordered several goods as part of a single order, which are delivered separately, with the day of receipt of the last goods,
  • if goods are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, on the day on which the consumer or this third party takes possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.
 
The 14-day withdrawal period is fully harmonized across the EU! Thus, neither a longer nor a shorter withdrawal period can be legally stipulated. This period can of course be contractually extended, but in no way shortened.
 
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must contact us (Gerlinde Hofer – Florex GmbH, Niederbrunnernstr. 13, 4522 Sierning, Austria, Tel .: +43 7259/3010, Fax: +43 7259 / 3010-4, E-Mail: office @ florex .at) by means of a clear declaration on the cancellation form (e.g. by e-mail or fax or with a letter sent by post) of your decision to cancel this contract. If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of your revocation immediately (e.g. by email). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
 
 
CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION
If you withdraw from this contract, we will give you all the payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within 14 days, from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same form of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you used one of the instant payment methods (Klarna / PayPal) or something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. If you have paid with Klarna or Paypal, please send us your account details for a return transfer.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of 14 days.
 
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
 
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
 
 
EXCLUSION OR EARLY EXPIRATION OF THE RIGHT OF REVOCATION
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
 
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to any member state of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.
