The purchase contract is concluded with Gerlinde Hofer – Florex GmbH. For the conclusion of the contract, german and english languages are available on the website www.seifenwelt.at. Since our sheep's milk soaps, bath additives, cosmetic articles and decorated products are handcrafted, information on shape, color and performance as well as images are only approximate and non-binding. The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. You can first place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order, by using the editing options in the order process. By clicking the liable to pay order button, you are placing a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. Your order will be confirmed immediately by email
after submitting the order.  A cancellation is possible within 5 days after placing the order, otherwise a 20% cancellation fee or a maximum of 20 € processing fee will be charged.

 

 

The order processing and contact support is usually made via the website. You have to ensure that the e-mail address you provided for order processing is correct, so that the e-mails sent by Gerlinde Hofer – Florex GmbH can be received by this address. In particular, when using SPAM filters, you must ensure that all e-mails sent by Gerlinde Hofer – Florex GmbH or by Gerlinde Hofer – Florex GmbH third parties commissioned to process the order, can be delivered to your mail adress.

 

 

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.

 

 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving a reason. The withdrawal period for distance contracts (not only online shops) is 14 calendar days. Within this period, the consumer can therefore withdraw from such contracts without giving reasons and largely at no cost. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the consumer or a third party named by the consumer who is not acting as a carrier has physical possession of the goods

The 14-day withdrawal period is fully harmonized across the EU! Thus, neither a longer nor a shorter withdrawal period can be legally stipulated. This period can of course be contractually extended, but in no way shortened. If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of your revocation immediately (e.g. by email). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

 

 

If you withdraw from this contract, we will give you all the payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within 14 days, from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same form of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you used one of the instant payment methods (Klarna / PayPal) or something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. If you have paid with Klarna or Paypal, please send us your account details for a return transfer.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of 14 days. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

 

 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs. The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to any member state of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.

 

 

Unless otherwise stated in the product description by Gerlinde Hofer – Florex GmbH , the prices given are total prices that include the mandatory Austrian sales tax. In the case of GUEST orders, it is possible that the sales tax will change during the ordering process after entering the address. Our prices are valid until the next price increase. The prices stated in the online catalog are in euros and include the mandatory Austrian VAT. In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which Gerlinde Hofer - Florex GmbH is not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Such costs may also apply in relation to the money transfer if the delivery is not made to a country outside the European Union, but you make the payment from a country outside the European Union.

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs are added. The shipping costs depend on the delivery address and vary from country to country. We only deliver by mail. Collection directly from Gerlinde Hofer - Florex GmbH is not possible for logistical reasons. The delivery of goods takes place on the dispatch route to the delivery address specified by you, unless otherwise agreed. If the delivery of the goods fails for reasons for which you are responsible, you will bear the reasonable costs incurred by Gerlinde Hofer - Florex GmbH. This does not apply to the costs of sending the goods if you are effectively exerting your right of withdrawal. If you effectively exert your right of cancellation, the provisions made in Gerlinde Hofer - Florex GmbH's cancellation policy apply to the return costs. All items that are sent in a parcel or in shipping bags are delivered to your home with the GLS parcel service. Unless otherwise stated in the offer or the order confirmation or after receiving the receipt of payment, the delivery time is a maximum of 5 working days. The delivery times are non-binding. Unforeseen events such as protests, pandemics, official measures, disasters, act of nature and system malfunction of all kinds, as well as delays by presuppliers, extend our delivery times and no damages can be claimed from this. We will inform you in the event of delivery delays.

 

 

In relation to consumers, Gerlinde Hofer - Florex GmbH reserves ownership of the delivered goods until the purchase price owed has been fully paid. If the goods are seized by a third party, the buyer must immediately notify the seller.

 

 

You are asked not to accept delivered goods with obvious transport damage. If the package was accepted anyway, please directly complain to us about the damage. Please inform Gerlinde Hofer - Florex GmbH with a written notice and pictures. This is the statutory warranty. In the event of a warranty or guarantee, please contact us in writing by email (office@seifenwelt.at) or by telephone (+43 (0) 7259/3010). The occurrence of obvious defects, damage and shortages must be reported to us immediately in written form with photo material, at the latest within 3 working days after receipt of the shipment. The passing of this period forfeits the right to compensation. The return of complained / defective goods is exclusively coordinated and arranged by Gerlinde Hofer - Florex GmbH. To prevent further damage, you must pack all returned goods properly and break-proof. Returns that are made without prior notification and with parcel services not authorized by us will not be accepted by us and / or returned to the sender without a claim for compensation or reimbursement of shipping costs. The Consumer Protection Act grants private consumers special protection when ordering online: Gerlinde Hofer - Florex GmbH bears the risk even if the goods have been properly shipped. We are liable for any loss or theft while in transit and have to reimburse any money already paid. In avoidance of doubt that the loss is only faked, you should file a theft report with the police and inform Gerlinde Hofer - Florex GmbH about it.
Fulfillment & place of jurisdiction: A-4400 Steyr (Upper Austria) and Austrian law are agreed as the place of jurisdiction for all parties involved.

 

 

Vouchers that are issued by Gerlinde Hofer - Florex GmbH as part of advertising campaigns with a certain period of validity and cannot be purchased by you (hereinafter "promotional vouchers") can only be used in the Gerlinde Hofer - Florex GmbH online shop and only in the specified perio, unless otherwise stated in the content of the voucher. Individual products can be excluded from the voucher campaign if there is a corresponding restriction from the content of the campaign voucher. Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed before the order process has been completed. Subsequent billing is not possible. Only one campaign voucher can be redeemed per order. The credit of a campaign voucher is neither paid out in cash nor is interest paid. The campaign voucher will not be reimbursed if you return the goods paid for in whole or in part with the campaign voucher within the scope of your statutory right of withdrawal.

 

 

The place of jurisdiction for all parties involved is A-4400 Steyr (Upper Austria). Austrian law applies as agreed.
